Hi, I’m Carrie Jeff, I’m a Birth Doula, Steering Committee Member for HypnoBirthing International in Australia and Registered Level 2 Yoga & Meditation teacher, specialising in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga.
I own Joymamma HypnoBirthing & Yoga on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland. I am honoured to provide space for pregnant women as they move through the most sacred experience of their lives; to prepare them for birth physically and mentally through regular yoga, meditation and hypnobirthing classes. As a doula, I accompany my clients into their birth space and support them both physically and emotionally.
