Amelia is an IBCLC and midwife who offers information and support for women/people to feel empowered and confident in their own abilities in caring for and feeding their baby/toddler. She creates a non-judgemental, welcoming and compassionate space, providing holistic, individualised and inclusive care to support you on your journey, wherever you are: antenatal, postnatal, weaning, relactation/induced lactation, or through infant loss.

Services offered include:

- In-home consultations in the Moreton Bay, North Brisbane and Redlands regions.

- Online consultations and assessments.

- Postnatal feeding assessment and support through difficulties such as pain, supply concerns, tongue-tie, baby in special care nursery/NICU, weaning, complex medical needs, breastfeeding twins/triplets.

- Preparing for baby: breastfeeding and early parenting sessions.

- Antenatal assessments and planning, particularly for those with medical conditions, mental health concerns, and following previous breast surgery.

- Counselling surrounding breastfeeding fears and/or previous feeding experience.

Amelia has extensive experience supporting women and their families in their pregnancy, early parenting and infant feeding journeys. And has a special interest in mental health, neurodiversity and supporting gender diverse and LGBTQIA+ families.
