I am an osteopath passionate about supporting women (and those AFAB) with their pregnancy and birth journey, pelvic health complaints and ongoing care. Osteopathic treatment involves a range of hands on techniques to optimise how your body functions so can assist with:

-       Pain and discomfort during pregnancy including pelvic girdle pain

-        Optimising pelvic mechanics for birth

-        Pelvic health complaints including prolapse, incontinence, urgency, dyspareunia (painful intercourse) and dysmenorrhea.

-       Internal assessment and treatment for pelvic health complaints, as well as in preparation for birth.

-       Other non-pregnancy related pain including headaches and migraines and back pain.

Preparing for birth is not just physical, and I am a strong believer in including education within my treatments. Understanding birth physiology, pain science and body mechanics helps me guide my patients in their choices and options for birth.

I am also able to assist with treatment of infants and children. Feeding issues, torticollis, irritability and more, may be related to restrictions in the Musculo-skeletal system that can be addressed with gentle osteopathic techniques.

My clinic (Northside Therapies) is located in Kallangur in Brisbane’s north. Please reach out if you would like to know more about what I can offer. Thanks
