I’m Bridget, a doula and birth debriefing practitioner shaped by my own journey through miscarriage, a traumatic birth, and a powerful VBAC. These experiences deeply inform the way I support women. I offer care with softness, grounded presence, and a genuine respect for each mother’s unique path and inner knowing. I walk alongside women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, providing continuity, trauma-informed support, and a safe space to feel held, heard, and understood.
