Doulas

The role of a Doula is to offer support, guidance and sometimes education to women and their families. The services can vary with each Doula across the antenatal, labour, birth and postpartum journey. A Doula is a non-medical advocate, who can provide physical and emotional support to the birthing woman and her partner throughout labour and postpartum.
