I’m Calee, a women’s and pelvic health occupational therapist, supporting women during pregnancy and the postpartum period. I offer holistic and trauma-informed care, with a strong focus on pelvic health, nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing. I work from a place of awareness, curiousity, connection and empowerment and acknowledge the huge identity shift that comes with matrescence.

I support a wide range of women, including pelvic, hip and lower back pain, bladder and bowel concerns, challenges with intimacy, recovery and healing after birth, fatigue management, sensory overwhelm and mental health. I also support birth preparation, considering pelvic alignment, nervous system safety and sensory needs.

My services may include pregnancy and postpartum pelvic health assessment and education, hands-on support for pelvic alignment and scar tissue remediation, conservative pain management strategies, nervous system and sensory support and practical strategies to support daily life, motherhood, rest and recovery.

Drawing on both my professional experience and my own journey of pregnancy, birth and motherhood, I aim to create a gentle, supportive space where women can reconnect with their bodies and feel held through this season of life.
