The AGM is an opportunity to connect with the HBQ community, hear about what’s happening within the organisation, and take part in the election of our Executive Committee positions.

There are a range of opportunities to get involved and support the HBQ community. You can learn more about our volunteer roles on our website, and put your hand up for an Executive committee position by completing a nomination form.

If you would like to learn more before the AGM, you’re welcome to join one of our monthly online meetings to meet the team and get a feel for what happens behind the scenes.

Unable to attend? HBQ members who cannot attend the AGM may appoint another person to vote on their behalf by completing the proxy voting form.
