I have been holding space and journeying alongside women and parents in the transformative experience of pregnancy, birth, and postnatal period for over 25 years. My life-long passion as a midwife, mindfulness and somatic practitioner is embodiment work - fully inhabiting our bodies - with curiosity, acceptance, presence, love and autonomy.
