I offer naturopath, nutritionist & bodyworker services- providing home & virtual visits for new mums. Tailored to include tools to help women navigate their healing & recovery. For example:
~ Herbal body treatments - Whole body swaddling and relaxing belly wrap using herbal compress to calm, rejuvenate and tone the uterus
~ Naturopathy consult & advice for recovery, healing & lactation support
~ Nutrition food advice & meal plans for warming the body
~ Body Talk/Tapping/Reiki treatment for mum & bub (physical & emotional support e.g. new mum anxiety, settling & birth trauma release)
Flower essences, herbal tonics & remedies can be provided.
Each visit comes with a flask of warm nourishing herbal tonic on arrival.
Product range includes herbal cacao – perfect for nourishing new mums. I offer services throughout Brisbane area and online.
